Mechanics & Inner Workings

Traits: Curse, Consumable, Magical, Missive
When activated, after the last line is read by the intended target (and only the intended target), it shrivels and disintegrates into ash. The intended target gains the Doomed 1 condition, which cannot be removed/reduced except through magical means (such as a spell). If the target already has a Doomed value, the missive has no effect.
