Dragoona Oracle
The water slums of Asylum City hold a relic from an old war waged upon the surface. Within the shabby worship hut that stands over the brackish stagnating waters, the Dragoona Oracle rests. The last functioning artifact of its kind, this particular artifact is both sought out and abhorred by the populace and by the Hydro Heads.
For the Dragoona worshippers, they call this artifact the Augur and seek it out in order to send prayers to their gods. They believe this particular artifact is a direct link to the Dragoona and so also believe that it shares their seemingly all-knowing nature. The worshippers seem to be addicted to the statues presence, as if they are kept away for too long, they show withdrawal symptoms.
For the populace, it is also called the Augur, but most disregard it as just a statue that is surrounded by enough candles to be a fire hazard.
For the Hydro Heads, the artifact is of great importance. Not because they seek to pray, but to prey upon the secret that lies within it. They abhor what the relic represents and the rituals the Dragoona worshipers conduct before it.
As for the artifact itself, it is relatively massive for the small space it resides in. The most prominent part of the statue is the massive round golden head with two large cyan gems for the eyes. From between the eyes, a long segmented elephant-like trunk reaches down to the floor before curving up into an offering bowl with a hole near the top for liquids sacrifices.
Supporting the back end of the head is a bronze metal humanoid body, hunched over as if in painful prayer. The legs and arms were made of silver, elbows of the arms pressing down into the figure's thighs, with the hands pressed against the bottom of the head. There is a gap between the body and head where someone could potentially hide.
Significance
It is the main connection to the Dragoona for the Dragoona worshippers.

The Oracle is made of a relatively thin but durable alloy that makes up all Dragoona tech and structures, and is generally a polished gold color. The eyes are made of magic crystals that prolong life.
