Episode Twelve: Father Where Art Thou

General Summary

Young Alan finally had his conversation with Qharies and it was as illuminating as was promised. She told him that a cult killed dozens of changelings, hiding their souls in her dungeons. This, as it happens, was the fate of his late father whom she sent in the form of a crow to guide Alan to his destiny. 
Qharies charged this child with the duty to slay this cult and stop the ritual. But she warned of further trials ahead. Wael has forseen the birth of a new, terrible god who will come with an army of the dead to consume the world. Alan must be ready to face this. 
That dawn was the first snow fall of the season, signaling the beginning of the Dettium festival and winter. The party was invited to festivities at the Roadspear and rewarded for saving Poraka and Yenwood.
