Episode Nineteen: Eyes, Lies, & Spies

General Summary

Julia reappeared to claim the doll which evidently is all that's left of her now dead "sister". Explaining that Artie had done exactly what she had hoped and culled her Coven so that now the power of three belonged exclusively to her. Of course she did not mention to what end she desired such immense, unchecked power. All the same, she returned our heros to the field of dazzle daisies that they had been abducted from so they might continue along their way.
 Artie used wildshape to become an additional pack animal to carry the party's wounded and was able to finally speak with Horse! The proceeding conversation revealed that behind those cold dead eyes and pained voice was not a secret intelligence but just more extistential dread of a baser creature who has had all the worse parts of higher conciousness thrust upon it only without any of the benefits.
Once the party caught back up with the rest of the caravan, Isadora Evenvalor requested their presence. There was a brief but tense stand off before she realized that her secrets were actually never in danger of falling into her enemy's hands. Alan and Ivar were summarily dismissed only to return to camp to discover Octávia climbed Artie like a goddamned spider monkey and stabbed them in the eye.
