Episode Eight: Loyalty and Ethics

General Summary

Ivan gave Ivar another clue as to who is hunting him. According to him there's been a swath of murders, all targetting changelings in and around the Glass Isles. He also offered for Ivar to join up with his group (which includes Hunter and Octávia) to hunt down the killes. In exchange, Ivar would meerly need to betray the trust of his friends and allow Artie to die. He turned down the offer.
Meanwhile, Artifacer found an injured horse and set about conducting the Rite of Conversion. The unspeakable act caused the beast incredible pain and did not bring comfort to their companions. Alan and Ivar left after a while to wait it out and to teach Ivar how to read. That night Hunter came to visit and gaze upon his "fellow creation".
