Vitala-loka’s Gate

Vitala-loka’s Gate is the vast forest of the southern continent, home to the aes sídhe and fey. Tall red Lombardy trees surround the border of the forest on all sides. The trees stand tall, with all their branches pointing upward, and so close together that no one can squeeze past. The Lombardy around the border are used as the fey’s and aes sídhe defensive wall. On average, the border stands four trees thick. Thanks to many enchantments, these trees are immune to fire and nearly impossible to cut down by force. These trees have stood for thousands upon thousands of years, never aging.

Past the border of Lombardy, Vitala-loka’s Gate has more biodiversity than any other area in Hárronfall. The weather, climate, and humidity, is locked in an eternal summer because of enchantments set by the long seance dead race, the tuath dé. Flora and fauna that have long been extinct because of the changing climate have survived within Vitala-loka’s Gate.

Why is this place called Vitala-loka’s Gate? This forest doesn’t lead to Vitala-loka. But Vitala-loka is the realm of heat and warmth. Noktaka’s heavenly sphere is the sun, the source of life. The mystical energies around the southern forest keeps this place warm and full of life and thus it earned the name of Vitala-loka’s gate.
