Werewolf

Werewolves are the most common type of lycanthrope and can be found throughout Lythia wherever there are wolves. Every Hârnic culture, even those of the Sindarin and Khuzdul, has chilling tales of dark, man-shaped creatures stalking the night seeking blood, with glistening fangs and cold yellow eyes glinting in the pale light of a full moon.  
Common folk knowledge is that that all werewolves possess certain traits that expose their true nature while in human form, such as hairsuitednes, heterochromia, thick and connected eyebrows, hairy hands, or very quick growing beards, long canines, or skin reaction after coming in contact with silver.  In some places, especially those dominated by the Laranian Church, people found bearing these marks of the wolfman may be persecuted and burned at the stake for witchcraft.  
Those bitten and who survive will become infected.
