Kelestia Physical / Metaphysical Law in Hârn: Isle of Mysts, Magick & Mystery | World Anvil

Kelestia

Kelestia is the Hârnic word for everything that exists, the sum total of all universes and all realities. Metaphysical, philosophical, and religious beliefs blur into each other. It is often difficult to determine where one kind of belief stops and the other begins; both are ambiguous and esoteric.   Each world or realm within the Kelestian family of worlds has its own unique properties and rules, and if one has the knowledge and the means they can travel between these worlds or realms.   Kethria is in the center of Kelestia and is a bridge between the various known worlds in the system.  Hârn is where the fabric between worlds is weakest and stepping between worlds is possible if you have the knowledge to do so.   Yashain is the easiest realm to reach from Kethria and is the strangest and most unpredictable world.  It is where many of the 'gods' choose to manifest a physical form. It is also the source of magic within the Kethiran family of worlds. Kethrirans believe it is where the dead go in the afterlife.   Terra is the hardest world to reach, it has the most predictable physical rules and is dominated by technology users.  Terra is noted for having almost no magick; although some Shek-Pvar speculate that Terran magick just follows strange rules.   Losenor is the lost world of the Earthmasters, any who have traveled here and return describe a blasted world of ruins, and all die lingering and painful deaths.   Sherem is also known as the Forgotten Realm, a place of wild magick and fantastic creatures.   Midgaad or Middle Earth is a place of subtle magick and is thought to be the original home of the Khuzan, Sindar, and Gargun races.
