Sir Emert Jarquane holds Watanish for Constable Eres Tereneth of Baseta.

The Constable does not care for the situation, and has accepted scutage in lieu of service. Even then, it is rarely paid in a timely fashion. Sir Eres is concerned that he may need to take action.
