Binthe
The Earl of Vemion granted Lachel manor to the Queen’s champion,
Sir Pellan Binthe, and his grandson, Sir Merjan, holds it
now.
That knight has not been the best steward of the estate, being prone to attacks of anxiety, self-doubt, and depression.
Unmarried, and unlikely to change that state, Sir Merjan has no heirs. In the event of his death, the manor would escheat to Baseta, and it would fall to Sir Eres Tereneth to appoint a bailiff or refer the matter to Minarsas.
Sir Eres has accepted scutage in lieu of service.
