Fake History: Vex will claim he had been awakened during the War of Thorns and escaped the Banshee Queen like other Darkfallen did after, returning to the Horde to join with Undercity.
True History: Vex was one of the multiple soldiers sent by Illidan as an army to attack Arthas Menethil in Icecrown. A strong assassin, Vex also had a temper that was known by his fellow battalion. His nickname rose as quick as his rank until the battalion was decimated by the might of The Lich King. Resurrected as a San'layn, he followed the Lich King and Queen Lana'thel's orders without question and helped kill his own sister to do blood experiments. Unlike his raised brothers and sisters, he did not change his last name, as it matched his new undeath as well. Once Arthas was defeated and the San'layn scattered, Vex tried to follow Blood Prince Dreven during the Blood War, but missed the boat the Alliance later attacked.
Feelings of mortal regret began to fill Vex and he knew he would have to acclimate back with mortals, else starve or be hunted as a rogue San'layn. He met with a satyr in Felwood and decided to help guard a strange Grove that seemed to want to help the hidden demons become elven again through prayer to Elune. He was quickly chased out because of his San'layn nature and told to find a druid in Val'Sharah. The druid, spooked by a sudden visit, tossed seeds into Vex's face before he calmed down. The druid called himself Dathyric and drew an orc on a parchment, writing the name Sajama. Dathyric told Vex to find the orc woman in Orgrimmar. She could help Vex like he had been helped as well.
With that, Vex's new life is now beginning, joining the House of Silence and moving in with his coffin and belongings.
