Wimble was a young child when Gnomeregan was assaulted by troggs. His father, Wimble Steamnelius Cobblegear I, was a respectable Gnomish engineer, who died when Sicco Thermaplugg ordered the release of toxic chemicals to kill the troggs. His mother, Salte Niolak Cobblegear, manage to save Wimble and became refugees in Ironforge. It didn't take long for Wimble to get caught in his studies. After a time a grief, he tended to his studies and with the help of his father's apprentice, learned to be a well skilled engineer.

Personality:

Wimble is highly intelligent introvert. While he can dabble in conversation, he tends to avoid small talk, and go straight to business. He is kind, loves a good joke, and tends to avoid drinks. He is fascinated by the forsaken, but hates the idea of chemical warfare, and dislikes any that use chemicals in such a way.

Physical traits:

Wimble has light blonde hair and blue eyes. He wears goggles almost all the time and generally refuses to take them off. Wimble is average height for a gnome and is seen often wearing his work outfit and engineering apron. He also looks young for his age, and despite working in a messy environment tends to keep himself clean when working or dealing with others.
