Lüneburger Heide

Further south lies the Lüneburg Heath. This stretches from Hamburg-Buchholz and Lüneburg in the north to Bremen-Verden in the southwest and Wolfsburg in the southeast. Lüneburg itself is primarily interesting for tourism. Zenit has the city firmly under control in this regard. There are also several agricultural businesses, the majority of which are owned by AG Chemie, Aztech, or Regulus, and Leuphana University. The heath relies primarily on tourism.

The entire central heath (off the roads) has been closed to private motorized traffic. Tourists travel by horse-drawn carriage or bicycle. There are small towns everywhere with vacation apartments, guesthouses, or country inns. But this isn't the only place for recreation. There are many hostels with attached conference centers for team-building activities, retreats, or smaller conferences. There are hiking trails, and near Walsrode, there's even a bird park where you can admire some paracritters.

There are also several dozen old monasteries that serve as tourist attractions and are often inhabited by "single Protestant women." They maintain the monasteries, continue their education, do gardening, or offer tours for tourists. Some monasteries can be rented for events, while others, such as Lüne or Wienhausen, have a slight background radiation.

> Lüne is particularly interesting. The former monastery in the center of Lüneburg was converted by the Protestant Church into a small girls' school for the awakened. The girls and young women learn to control their abilities here. Some Hamburg street theurgists and witches attended in their youth.

> Street witches from a monastery school?

> Well, the training of magical powers may have a theurgical touch – but many girls, often orphans, cannot endure the monasteries in the long run. They run away, taking part of their training with them, and then turn to street witches. Even if it's a different tradition, street witches can still be influenced by Christian mythology in some of their rituals.

> Enigma

> Conversely: Christian mythology is permeated by the original nature religions. Many things were simply adapted by Christians.
