Silvyr Gillana

Silvyr Gillana is the Minhil of Morduin, the small Elven Kingdom located on the far eastern coast of Londthas. Silvyr is a heavily scapegoated Minhil, seen as the cause of problems out of the control of any mortal. He is plagued, in terms of his tenure as Minhil, by various supernatural and unlikely issues. Up until the last few years, his rule had been rather ordinary, but the recent and unending arcane storm plaguing the capital of Asnatalos as well as the strange disappearances of villages in the nation's interior has led to many believing him to be cursed and the root of their nation's problems. Many Morduic elves, especially those of the upper classes and aristocracy at least, have fled the nation, searching for a less dangerous and more stable environment. Various trade guild have migrated to Caelcoa or other parts of Morduin, causing massive shortages of mundane goods in the capital and nearby towns.
Silvyr is Morduic elven man who is characterized to be infatuated with his own image and vanity by his subjects. He wears extravagant makeup, clothing, and jewelry, all of which add to the public's image of him as a wasteful and uncaring ruler. In reality, Silvyr, while in fact preferring to dress and present in an extravagant manner, is a caring and thoughtful Minhil who has tried to his greatest ability to uncover and fix the issue of the unending arcane storm on Morduin's coastline, and most of this image comes from the public's panic and fear rather than any of his actions. Silvyr has violet skin, like most Morduic elves, and long, white hair which he wears in a braid. He is somewhat short and frail. He tends to wear long, flowing dresses and robes along with exuberant amounts of gold jewelry.
