In spite of their relatively young age (compared to the other six Noble Houses) House Blackharbour has established a cadre of vassal houses. These houses were either loyal confidants or wealthy merchants that ascended to the position of nobles. Regardless of what category they fall under, they've risen to positions of prominence within the southern edge of the Northeast region. Many of these house are also well accomplished wizards and even better politicians, having form alliances through trade, blackmail, or marriage. None in the Magisterium are as monetarily committed and politically devious as the members of these families (save for House Blackharbour itself):
