Captain of the Guard (a.k.a. Cap'n)
Captain of the Guard in Sea Side, Captain Otonia is an imposing woman. As a large centaur, she is no stranger to the discrimination often felt to beast-kin in other regions of Halruaal. But she has fought hard and achieved much within the tolerant and welcoming air of House Romanos' land. Favoring a spear and lance, she should not be taken lightly. As captain of the guard, she is considered the law for house Pythia in Corio and is well respected by the residence of the harbor district.

Personal history
Guard Captain Otonia grew up on the plains of the Dytika Isles in one of the many tribes of the Centaurs. From a young age she was curious about the world, but dedicated to the survival of her clan. When visiting the city of Corio for trade, she stopped a robbery of one of her kin in Shieldwall Farthing. Her skill at apprehending the offender garnered the respect of the guard in the district and special entreaties were made to the tribe to get her to train with the Corio guard. Not wanting to offend the Sibyl of the city, the tribe acquiesced to the request and sent her to train with the elite Pythian guard.
In her training, Otonia excelled beyond the wildest dreams of her instructors. She bested all but the best of the Knights Maji in single combat, despite having no magical abilities. From her showing they made her a lieutenant in Lakeview, though she quickly rose up the ranks with her ability to find and break up criminal elements within the district. Her crowning achievement resulted in thwarting a burglary attempt at the Vision Academy. After that, Sibyl Theodosia herself requested that she be made a Captain and to take command of the guard in Sea Side.
