Wenaldo Torisev

Wenaldo is a well-respected elderly servant of Lady Taihosha Torizir, who loyally served her parents before her. Wenaldo was there for her parents when they were court favorites of Prince Mazaru Eramzir, and has experience navigating the Red Palace of Kreniko.
Wenaldo is humble, courteous, and a little sly when he wants to be. He gets along well with the local shopkeeps - he has been a reliable and friendly presence in Kreniko for many years, and is known for helping the families he works with when they really need it. Wenaldo is also deeply protective of Lady Taihosha and her brother Yarzin. These are the kids he spent his entire life helping, this is the noble house he saved from destruction through hard work from a disadvantaged position. This is his house, these are his kids. 
When Lady Taihosha Torizir hosted the Gods at her home, Wenaldo cared for them. When Arzet Devadov wanted to learn the ways of navigating palace intrigue in servant's garb, Wenaldo taught him. Of course, the Gods also murdered Yarzin - and Wenaldo is beginning to piece together what happened, and won't be happy once he figures it out.
