Divine Scouring of Stildane

In 100 DE, The Chimera sent down a great storm of Ederstone meteors upon the people of Stildane. The effects of these meteors were contained to the region, creating a terrible winter and series of shockwaves even before the chaos magic of the Ederstone began to irradiate the entire continent. 
To some Stildanians, the time before this event is remembered as the "Perfect Age", a utopic time of plenty. Other Stildanians reject that there was ever a time before the Ederstone. It has been two thousand and one hundred years since this event, after all, and very few physical traces of the Perfect Age remain.
