Arbiter Sunaba of Vikasha

Arbiter Sunaba Baziramnari is the head of the Kamadan temple in the city of Vikasha. She was an ally of Makar Mesaba who helped them and their friends kill a Plague Warlock who had hoped to entice the Aludarzir Corporation into spreading the Rot Plague for profit. 
Arbiter Sunaba is a woman who enjoys attention, enjoys action, and enjoys fine luxuries. She is an idealist even if she is a bit of a corrupt one. In her youth, Sunaba worked to market herself as a 'champion of the people,' but her repeated failures to deliver populist promises and stories of her corruption has led to many of her supporters growing disillusioned. A small group of devoted followers stands by her, though, and these followers promote her as a genius reformer fighting for the underdog. This following has a reflection in a devoted hate-dom she has accumulated of people accusing her of being a sellout.
Sunaba may have been ineffectual at bringing the radical change she once promised, but she was very open to working with and supporting Makar Mesaba and their allies. Sunaba played an integral role in removing the Plague Warlock Zenkara and took Zenkara's role as 'Special Advisor on Public Health' after Zenkara was killed. Sunaba agreed to wage a war on the Faithful Societies (religious lay-cults that practiced often-dangerous mystical medicine) and to disseminate Makar's knowledge of germ theory to various bureaucrats. 
It is unknown what has happened to Sunaba amidst the chaos of Vikasha in the 1.5 years since Makar left.
