The Curse of the Spider Queen

It is said that Lolth is so desperate for followers that she will answer any that invoke her name.  Children in The Nation of Foran tell the following tale to each other late at night.
If, on the night of the new moon, you wait until midnight, and then yell "Lolth, Queen of Spiders, Kill my enemies!" and then cut your wrist and drink some of the blood, you are then able to give someone the Curse of the Spider Queen.  The next day, before sunset, you can spit on one person.  If you do, Lolth will curse them.  Everytime they put food in their mouth, it will turn into a living spider.
