Lord/Lady

A title of general nobility.  It is conferred by being related to a landed noble.
Generally, the living ancestors, the descendants, the siblings, the aunts/uncles, and cousins of a landed noble have claim to this title, unless they are officially censored by the relative (or all the relatives in many cases) who allow them to qualify for this title, before the court of the king.
Referred to as Milord or Milady.
This is the most common title in Foran.
