Foran Shipwright's Guildhall

This is a meeting place for Shipwrights.  Many work in costal villages and bring the final product here.
This hall is for meeting, design, and record keeping.  Very little work is done here.
Aralia, a woodelf, has been guildmaster here for 200 years.
