Foran Admiralty

The Headquarters of The Foranish navy.  There are 400 sailors stationed here at all times, as well as a similar amount on shore leave.
Admiral Baldin Frostbeard has been serving as admiral for 80 years, and as a hill dwarf, is not yet ready to retire.  He avoids the town at all costs.
