Duke/Duchess

A Duke/Duchess is the Lord responsible for one of the major cities. They are responsible for maintaining the security of their Duchy, as well as protecting it.
There are three duchies in Foran currently: Galdem, Caldreth, and Zarakeys.
This is an inherited title, passing to the oldest child, the oldest sibling, the oldest aunt/uncle, or the oldest cousin.
In the case of a major failure by a Duke/Duchess, the King/Queen of Foran can name a new Noble to the title. This is most often an Aunt/Uncle or Sibling of the King, but sometimes, a King will swap a lower house and the current Duke for a lesser failure.
Referred to as Your Grace.
If a Duke/Duchess is also a Prince/Princess , their duties remain the same but they are an Earl
