Inn might be a strong word for this place.  Sure, you can rent a bed in a curtained alcove for 6cp for the night, most people are hear for the opium.  A pipeful costs 7sp.  There are a couple of guards near the door, but they are there to protect the inn and the supply, not the patrons.
The innkeeper is a Rock Gnome named Cedrick.  He only has one eye.  He is always accompanied by two large assistants
