Dockside Prison

With 10 guards on duty at all time, anyone being held is in this building, which doubles as a fortification if there is an attack. An attached barrack usually contains an extra 15 off duty soldiers.

There was a prison riot in July of 2954.  Lt. Brahk, an Aarakocra, and several guards were killed and a number of prisoners escaped.
Rumour: Many claim that they hear muffled screams coming from deep in the prison. These always happen between 3 and 4 am. Prisoners in the jail claim there is a hidden Black Cell, in the deepest basement of the prison. Anyone who goes down there comes back missing a piece of their mind.
