Dockside Courthouse

A courthouse to try both criminal and civil cases.  Usually handled by a single judge, but larger cases my have a Tribunal.
Head Judge is Liza Grazen, a grey haired no nonsense woman who tends to side with humans, Foranish, and the wealthy when the facts of the case alone don't lead to a clear solution.
