Dottle

A small, sub-sapient, walking plant creature that develops frequently in the Arcadian overbrush. The combination of high background magic and densely crowded conditions motivates suddenly enchanted weeds and scrub plants to uproot themselves and replant elsewhere. Wild dottle are generally very dry, and are often used as kindling and for lighting pipes. However, this is considered cruel by some. Although a closely guarded trade secret, the Gardener's Guild have used dottle hybrids to create self-maintaining lawns and aggressively territorial topiary.
