A sentient, animated morningstar mace. It was crafted by demons for use by mortals to commit unspeakable acts, and it continually yearns to do so. Its wish was granted, when it was consecrated by the Faldaran military, and put into glorious service.
Blursed Weapon It carries the status Blursed, having the offensive benefits of Bless, and the status-inflicting benefits of Curse. Above the morning star ball, there is a radiant yellow "O"-style halo, suggesting a simplistic modern "sunday school angel" tradition. The weapon radiates with blessed white-pink energy of Light Magic, mixed with sporatic bolts of Void Magic.
Appearance The face is set into the morningstar's ball, at the end of its heavy, rune-carved shaft of demon-wrought volcanic black metal. The face looks like a manic, bloodthirsty Goblin with scrunched face, apparent jawline, and well-defined pointy ears. The face is relatively tiny, so that it is almost obscured by 100 spikes. The face is distinctly of the same metal as the handle. Since the face is set very close to the handle, it appears that a cursed rod-shaped metal creature is wearing the spiked ball as a helmet. It grins malevolently from its display case, as if scheming furtively. The face is animated with a cruel sentience.
