Old Port Ward

Summary

Old Port Ward is the second smallest ward... it is South East of Sun Ward, South of Ward Eau Talp, East of Gold River Ward, West of Ward Hoch El Aga and South West of East Ward. The Old Port is the most important landmark in this ward... which is the main trade and immigration artery of Hafiz. It is the second poorest of the wards, second only to Ward Hoch El Aga. Hafiz's nightlife, pleasure houses, gambling dens, spore holes and seedy inns pock the dense and fervent residential neighborhoods within the old port. Many thieves, scammers and undesirables of all shapes and sizes get their start here and in one way or another, eventually become The Cinder Biters' pawns.

Houses

House Xil Ourg is the only House welcome by the Cinder Biters. They occupy the best real estate of the ward, including both residential and commercial establishments... and a good part of the vast undercity.

Geography

Lowland swamp shore wetlands... most dwellings directly on the shore are raised or embedded into the shore/undercity as earthen hut dwellings.
