Runsgard
The sovereign city-state of Runsgard is located north of the English Channel, bordering the United Kingdom, Belgium, the Netherlands and France’s territorial waters. It has been founded as a haven for Augmented people and as such considered a haven for Augmented people, who are the main demographic in Runsgard.
