Violeth

Once a lowly Succubus, who threw careful planning, plotting, and accumulation of power climbed the pecking order of the Abyss and became the Demon Queen of Lust. However once she had claim to her own domain, she could not rest easy and was not satisfied. Despite her power the number of envious demons who would not hesitate to sink a dagger in her back meant she could find no satisfaction. She knew her time at the top was to be finite and most likely all to brief. There had to be a better way but if it did exist....it could not be found through the practices of the abyss and it's vicious vice seeking inhabitants. In secret she began to change her cult on the Material Plane.

Her faithful began to have dreams urging them to repent, to seek to change their ways despite their pasts and hardships endured. She refused to reward dark sacrifice and slowly guided a small receptive portion of her flock on a new path. As her worship diminished so did her strength, a fact she concealed using every deceptive art and tool at her disposal. Constantly buying time by conceding boons and favors to her rivals, overlooking slights, and basically making many moves that outwardly appeared to only weaken her rule. One day her demonic court found her throne empty as Violeth's gambit had been successful. She had grown her new faith to the point where she changed her vary nature, transcending the boundaries of demonhood, and becoming a Goddess.

Violeth is the Goddess of Exiles, Redemption, and Beauty. While a minor goddess she is known to grant great power to those who can prove they can overcome temptation and unfair circumstances.
