Trinity

A construct who emerged from the desert proclaiming herself to be a deity as well as a fusion of three unique beings. Trinity story starts with a Shori master craftman's life's mission to create a truly perfect construct. One whose design would amplify and re-enforce the animating force to make it more akin to a living soul. None can say for what purpose it was to serve (some speculate it was part of a bid to create an immortal and eternal body for aging emperess or queen) but once complete she was never awoken. The construct that would one day become Trinity slept in a place of honor deep within a forgotten tomb built for this craftsmen for aeons, slumbering next to countless other treasures and inventions. Until one day, spontaneously it awoke. Fully sentient but knowing almost nothing but it's name "Perfection In Iron". It left the ruin it had lain in and wandered Terra for a time sometimes making friends other times being hunted as an oddity/collector's item. Slowly but surely their capabilities and understandings grew until one day it felt a strange resonance beckoning her high into the mountains to a long forgotten Observatory built long ago by an Elven Archmage. The local people warned her to avoid the Observatory tower since those that ventured to it never returned. Unable to ignore the call she proceeded anyway.
It was quickly apparent how dangerous this place was as the Observatory seemed to constantly adapt and change in deadly and clever ways. Braving trap after trap and test after test, she eventually was able to ascend to the top of the observatory only to learn the truth. That the soul of the Archmage (whose birth name she had now either forgotten or forsaken) that constructed the Observatory now dwelt within the building itself, using the tower's instruments to probe and better understand the cosmos and the nature of magic for long after her mortal body had failed her and succumbed to the ravages of time. Her last act had been to fracture her soul to power and inhabit the brilliant array of soul gems that controlled this place. The Spirit of the Archmage (which would only refer to itself as the Fractal Mind) had felt the resonance too and through testing Perfection In Iron, had found it worthy. When Perfection in Iron descended from the Observatory, it had merged with Fractal Mind, acquired considerably greater power, and the Observatory now stood lifeless. The soul gem array vacant and without a will.
Fractal Mind had spent considerably time observing a phenomenon out in the distant cosmos. A forlorn being whose energy resonated with her in the same way that Perfection In Iron, but who she had no way to reach back out to. With their new magical strength they were able to send a simple message to that being isolated in that infinite dark tapestry, "you are not alone". In an instant Perfection and Fractal felt the resonance begin to draw closer as unfathomable energies propelled the entity that would later be known as "The Survivor" towards the source of the message. In an unmarked patch of desert the three entities met and communed for the first time. Choosing to combine as kindred spirits and in doing so ascended to Divinity.
It would later be known that the Survivor was the result of a great calamity. A distant world populated by a young psionically gifted (but not yet technologically developed) faced certain doom. A meteor bore down upon their world, and it was far too vast to ignore the doom it brought. They lamented the loss of their world and one another, even those who attempted to build and reenforce shelters knew it was futile. Great psychic storms of unchecked emotion billowed across the landscape. Still their existed pockets of calm, those who understood, and accepted their fate and dedicated their last days to helping others find peace where they could. When the meteor finally struck the destruction was complete. Both the planet and the meteor were tattered fragments strewn across dark space.....but somehow in the midst of that rubble and planetary destruction a mass of psycho-reactive crystal that had been nestled deep within the meteors core developed a sort of consciousness, her faithful believe this was due to absorbing the collective soul of the nameless doomed race. Simultaneously aware of the monumental power that surged throughout its being and cursed with the knowledge that its last action before sentience was the mass destruction of all life on an entire planet. It's inorganic crystalline mind burdened with unimaginable guilt from the first moment of consciousness, thinking so much but knowing so little, had simply floated through the rubble strewn void that was its birthplace, projecting/singing a soulfelt song of mourning into the cosmos, it's multifaceted psyche never ceasing to grieve the circumstance of its creation.
The new being Trinity is the God of Invention, Education, Engineering, Constructs, and Artificial Life. Although she is three beings made one, her faithful always feel a strong affinity to a specific one of her three aspects.
