Elephantfolk / The Herd
(Use rules for Goloma)
Planar Travellers who have alluded to being older than most of the life on Terra, these three eyed Elephant like mystics are known the world over for having an unparalleled connection to the deeper mysteries of the universe. When they came to Terra they brought with them the art of divining the future through cards with them from another world. They tend to believe in fate and that by trying to avoid your destiny you only insure that it will come to pass. They are unusually perceptive, and able to intuit details that slip by unnoticed to most. They also have extremely sharp senses, especially their vision. They have many unique rituals they perform to keep their spirits pure and free from corruption of contacting unknown and powerful forces. They love goodluck charms and other items tied to positive events and memories, believing the bonds associated with such items have a magic all their own. While omnivorous most of The Herd are voluntarily vegetarian, at least those that stay within the community. Outcasts tend to be focused on material wealth, fleeting thrills, and love to partake in feasts of meat. Most of the Herd leaves the community one day or another seeking their destiny. Most members believe that one day the Herd will accomplish their peoples destiny on Terra, and then move on and depart to the next plane, and the next portion of their people's spiritual journey.
Heritage and Feat Notes (Lore/Flavor): Vicious Goloma claw attack becomes Kham-Krama Dance: this unique ancestral fighting style requires at least one hand empty to use effectively in battle. It utilizes fluid swaying movements and open palm slaps to set the target up for Kham-Krama strikes. These are single action unarmed tusk strikes that you can make as long as you meet the 1 free hand requirement.
Protective Claws turn into Kham-Krama Master: Your Kham-Krama style enhances your defenses even as you unbalance your enemy for offensive strikes. Your Kham-Krama strikes gain the Parry trait.
