kind of ryou sukuna, kusuriuri-esque god of sea-based travel and the seas. Ambiguous species, smokes a long japanese pipe. Usually found in the rip-off dragon's triangle in a giant ship with live sea creatures on it. Boat is covered in beautiful artwork (similar to that of the one in mononoke, but not biblically themed).
He's known to allow mortals aboard if he finds them interesting enough, or wants to help them out.
