Gnesh

Located south of the The Blessed Empire of Woe, Gnesh is a sovereign city-state founded in XX, and was one of the first great philosophical human lead nations in th east. After accepting the rule of the Sphinxes, they turned their backs along with the Kingdom of Audra, The Five Thrones of Shashyona. It was one of the bastions that warred against the Sphinxes and ones that would later fall under their resurgence of the Blessed Empire. After the defeat by the Empire of Woe they now are recognized as a neutral country in its regions affairs.
Believed to be practicing a corrupted form of Sphixian philosophy or religion of knowledge, the KerKeshi mountains to the north serve as a natural border between it and Woe after they were decimated. They are now seen as peaceful and foster trade between themselves and Woe, with exports such as glass and copper.
