The rules below are changes to the rules of the Dungeons and Dragons 5e

Spells:

Sending: the spell no longer has a 25-word limit. Each message can be up to about 1 minute long, much like a voice message.
  Comprehend Langue: The spell can translate the literal meaning behind druidic sign language and thieves cant.
Teleportation Circle: When casting this spell, a teleportation portal opens on both sides of the circle. Unlike the spells Arcane Gate and Gate, this portal only works for those on the circle at the time of casting.
Resurrection, Raise Dead, and True Resurrection:  _____  

Items:

  Spell Scrolls: Spell Scrolls no longer have a class requirement. The DCs still are in place as said by the spell scroll's level.   Sending Stones: Uses per day- Sending stones to have more charges depending on the rarity. These messages are played out loud so any creatures within 5ft of the item can hear the message as well.
  • Common: 1 per day / 500 GP
  • Uncommon: 3 per day/ 1200 GP
  • Rare: 5 per day / 2300 GP
  • Very Rare: 7 per day / 3000 GP
Potions: Instead of spending an action to drink a potion, players can use a bonus action to drink and roll for hp. If they chose to use an action, they gain full healing granted by the item.
Classes, Races, Feat and etc from Unearthed Acarna can be used unless updated or reprinted into an official book

Sorcerer:
Wild magic surge: Each time a spell is cast, the dice roll for a surge goes up by 1 until a surge is activated. -Tables used:

Sorcerous Restoration: Sorcerers now gain this feature at level 11 instead of 20   Rouge:
Thief's Fast Hands ability can be used on magical items.
Bard:
Superior Inspiration: Bards now gain the feature at level 11 instead 20
Monk:
Perfect Self: Monks not gain this feature at level 12 instead of 20
Familiars and Animal Companions:

Upon the request of the player, any casters with the find familiar spell, or animal companions like features given by a class can level up through the Stibbles Codex of Companions companion track with the rank going up allow with the assorted class level. Familiars and Companions share initiative with the player and may act either before or after the players turn.

Rules:

Training: Stats: Training takes 10 checks minus a character's Intelligence modifier. (Min 0) The Dc- of these checks are equal to the desired ability score. Players roll 1d20 with no modifiers.
Only 1 stat can be trained at any 1 time. No score can be raised above 20   Tools and Languages: To learn a new tool proficiency or language a character must make 10 checks with the assorted skill check with a DC of 10 + your proficiency bonus.
