Teliko

Teliko is a man who seems to be losing his battle with the very element he studies. He is a Shadar-kai (or perhaps a human long-transformed by the Shadowfell) whose physical form has become translucent at the edges. When he moves, his trail follows a split-second behind him, like a blurred ink stain.

Personality: Teliko is soft-spoken and intensely focused. He views shadow magic not as a tool for destruction, but as the fundamental "skeletal structure" of the universe. He is a scholar first, but he possesses a ruthless streak when it comes to protecting the Cabal’s secrets.
