Murk-Lung Maarg

Maarg is the "Public" Dock Master, a title he won by being the strongest person who bothered to claim it. He sits in a shack perched on barnacle-encrusted stilts. He suffers from a chronic Shadowfell cough (hence the name) that sounds like grinding stones. He has zero patience for "adventurer nonsense.
