Freeda
Freeda manages the Harskel Emporium and is the main sales person. She does not buy items, but will sell just about anything that is in the store.
Freeda is a dwarf of striking, polished appearance. Unlike the gritty, soot-stained dwarves often found in the industrial pits of the city, Freeda is the image of "Shadowfell Chic." Her copper-colored hair is woven into architectural braids held in place by silver pins, and she wears high-collared robes of charcoal silk that seem to ripple like dark water when she moves.
As of late, Freeda has been a little concerned about the future of the store front as business has slowed. She has not received much new inventory for quite some time and what she does get is not to the level that the customers expect from Harskel.
