Duritz Crow

The man running this logistical nightmare is Duritz Crow, a human who looks like he’s lived three lifetimes and hated two of them. Duritz is a wiry man with skin like weathered leather and a prosthetic arm made of brass and ticking gears (a souvenir from a "disagreement" with a Marut over a late delivery). He usually has a cold pipe clenched between his teeth and a stack of crumpled manifests in his hand.
