Captain "Salt-Tongue" Marra (Human): The proprietor. She lost her ship and her lower jaw to a kraken; she now wears a prosthetic jaw made of carved whalebone that clicks when she speaks. She doesn't tolerate brawling—not because she cares about safety, but because she doesn't want to waste good nails repairing the walls.
