Session 29: Battle Royale
General Summary
The party was woken up by the arena horn. To their delight, breakfast was included! Tables had been set up in the wide common area, and the smells of bacon and eggs wafted from the kitchen.
As she ate, Nemara had an epiphany. She realized that her bag of holding was without air, so food put inside wouldn't rot.
She proceeded to stuff the bag of holding with biscuits, omelet, fruit, toast, bacon, sausages, pastries, rolls, and everything else she could get her mitts on.
When the day's matches were posted, the gang started preparing for battle. When the time came, they were escorted to the arena to face off against the Sapphire Squad, Arcane Auriga, and Badlands Revenge.
Sped up by Fly, the party made quick work of Badlands Revenge, and turned its ranged attacks on the Sapphire Squad before looking to Arcane Auriga, who the Sapphires had already softened up.
The crowd roared for the newcomers' victory, and Raknian himself awarded their trophy to thunderous applause.
