By far the most populous species on Oerth, humans can be found everywhere in the Flanaess. From the rich shores of the Nyr Div to the harsh steppes of the Flanaess' northern coasts, humans can be found crafting, trading, raiding, warring, building, and exploring.

Geographic Origin and Distribution
Most of the nations in the Flanaess have a human majority population. The only known place on Oerth with fewer humans than other sapient species is the Underdark, though there are smaller counties and towns on the surface where humans may be a minority.
Perception and Sensory Capabilities
Humans have no inherent magical abilities, but can attain magic through study or contract. Humans can also be blessed with magical powers by a deity or other greater power.
