This is a monastery in The Decayed Highlands.
The original builders were the Oracles of Fate. They were a band of monks that worshipped Zemdis, God of Destiny. This persuasive god of destiny takes the form of a mature man. He is very tall and has a wide-chested build. He has green hair worn in a simple style. His round eyes are ebony. His outfit is that of a scholar, and it is mostly black in color. He also wears various pieces of jewelry. He has red skin. He carries a map. He can change the threads of fate.
