William "Bill" Moseley

William "Bill" Moseley is one of Green Run's more recent additions. He came to town looking for work in 1963 and is still looking now. He gets by doing odd jobs around Town, helping people move, doing manual labor like yardwork or construction, or working for his buddy Russ at the Green Hills Motel to help pay for his room and board. In his free time, Bill hangs around at Pat's Tavern, where he has become a regular of Chet's. Bill gets along well enough with everyone but has a very "Type-A" personality due to his time in the Army during WWII, leading to a few unneeded confrontations now and again. Because he often has nothing better to do, Bill attends most Town Meetings and Events and volunteers when he can't find paying work to keep himself busy. This is where he met his best friend, Sammy Stuhlinger. They bonded over Sammy's conspiracy theories about the strange happenings around Town. They created The Sideways Shack when Sammy won the Lottery to try to bring the "truth" to the masses, and when he's not at Pat's or the Motel working for Russ, you can bet he's at the Sideways Shack giving a tour or working on something new. More recently, Bill has begun working weekends at Verna's Diner, taking the evening shift as a cook and in the late evenings handles both waiting and cooking. Its not much but Johnny appreciates the help and Bill appreciates the extra pay!
