The Hanford Estate
The Hanford Estate is a Gated Mansion with sprawling grounds, not much is known about its interior as Hanford was always secretive, even when he was an active participant in Green Run's Community. The exterior contains a small forest, well kept garden, a courtyard with a fountain and a Hedge Maze.
None dare to trespass on Hanfords Land, being an extremely well-respected member of the community before his departure. Not that they'd be able to get in with his steel gates and 12' high walls surrounding the grounds.
Though no one has seen Hanford in nearly 20 years, people are convinced he's still around due to his lights being seen turned on and off within the Mansion, in addition to the state of his garden never faltering despite no one ever being seen tending to it.
