Peter Layman
Dr. Layman is relatively new to the GRSS, having joined in the last 10 years as a part of the GRSS Council. In more recent years, he had been brought on to assist with the refurbishment of the Power Plant building working with Dr. Percival himself on the updated solar panel designs.
A Graduate of Hanford University's Engineering Program, Layman caught the eye of Dr. Porter when he "passed with disctinction". Porter brought Layman in to meet with her at the University, offering him a job working alongside the best scientific minds in the country. He immediately accepted and soon after met with the rest of the team working on the Autonomous Buses. He ended up being the missing piece of the puzzle as his contributions allowed them to quickly move through the design process to manufacturing and within 2 years they had finished all construction on the terminal and its vehicles.
