Nephilem
A nephilem may have a vastly different appearance than any other nephilem even if born to the same pair of parents, some of them show a more celestial form while others might show a more infernal form however all nephilem without exception have a pair of wings, which they can choose to have out and shown (in wich case if they are wearing armor the DM may ask you wether or not your armor is fitted with holes in the back to allow them to be showed or not and if it isn'T you'll need to drop your armor to show your wings) or hidden within their body.
The wings may be bat like or bird like, some nephilem actually have 2 different type of wing however those cases are rare and few in between.
other than their wings most nephilem look humanoid and would blend in in a big enough crowd.
