As each member of the party finds themselves near a street corner for their own reasons, combat breaks out as a Daemon is summoned near Cafe du le Poire
Growing concerned with the state of gang violence in Skirts, Sasha calls a meeting to discuss where the neighborhood can discuss options in solidarity. The meeting is interrupted by the Scarlet Crows who set fire to a nearby building. This act led to the creation and distribution of whistles among the neighborhood watch as an early detection system.
The Scarlet Crows release an Otyugh in Smalltown and the party, hearing the neighborhood watch whistles, respond. The combat escalates when the Scarlet Crows fight back, resulting in Mira accidentally shooting and killing a member of the Crows.
Another letter in the series of blackmail to Willow, she is sent to retrieve a rare plant from a lesser noble in Vale.
Following the death of Thomas the Scarlet Crows are divided. One half, led by Christopher, wants the extermination of the Waywocket Clan. The other half, championed by Nathanial, propse a duel. Nathanial is able to convince Tristan of the virtue of his method. The Scarlet Crows march on Waywocket's Wacky Widgets, issue a challange for a duel, and Mira bests Nathanial in combat.
The Vampires of Granmont open a daemonic portal in the middle of Echande Market in Skirts, resulting in multiple deaths and hundreds of injuries. The quick response time of Willow and the rest of the party allow to eliminate the daemons and close the portal without further loss of life. After the attack, the party met Surete Vidocq and formed a connection.
Vidocq invite the party to an art show to bump elbows and gather intel. One connection the party made was Yves Labossier.
The party broke into the Hotel after the Gala in Skirts, leading to the Col Boudon's arrest the next morning.
While looking into Daemon summoning in the special collections of the Church library, Willow uncovered a special Church organization called the "Ring of Tutelar"
Yves Labbosier introduces the party to Gutheir and Delvaux, whom he knows via his connections to the Speculator's Guild. Having previously taking a liking to Willen's gambler nature, and seeing a wonderful opportunity for some mutual enrichment, he proposes a legally ambiguous job. The Speculator's Guild has several short sells against specialty construction materials, and should an incoming shipment fail to arrive all parties would find themselves receiving quite a windfall. If the party ensures the caraven encounters issues, this would benefit House Delvaux (among others) who would then be willing to command the Department of Infrastructure to issue a construction permit for the bridge Willen wants to build. The mission was compelted without a hitch, and Willen recieved his permit in addition to more than enough Miraculous Mortar to complete the bridge.
Having been warned of Christopher's quest to get a superweapon to use against the Waywockets, Mira looks into the state of gunworking in Granmont by talking with the head of the Granmont Gunworking Club. She traded obfuscated design elements of her own clockwork firearm for the information.
Tracking Christopher to a warehouse in Stamps, the party spies on Marcus retrieving a powerful chain weapon, catching and kidnapping Christopher in the progress.
From Col Boudon, Vidoqc discovered a Reggian nobleman associated with the Milieu is considering retiring from crime and fleeing the country; Vidoqc would like to get what information he can from the Reggian before he does, assuming he can even get out of the city without the Milieu getting to him first. Knowing he'll be at the theatre for the Thursday evening show, the party repels assassination attempts long enough to get him on board and get him out of the theatre without being killed by Harmon, the Milieu fixer.
Willow is given the means to continue their investigation of the Vampires of Granmont in the Plane of Dreams, thanks to assistance from Madam D'Vigne.
Investigating the Vampires of Granmont in the Dreamwave leads Willow and the party to the Golemyard in Skirts. There, the party found a chamber long since sealed, filled with dozen of red urns filled with blood. The party broke a single urn and a powerful specter rose, forcing them to fall back.
The party intercepts the Vampires of Granmont at the one place and time they know they would be; the Military Sepulcher on the night of a New Moon. Red and Lead are successfully captured, althought Fence and Pockets escape.
The party is commissioned by Vidoqc and Count Veilleux to sneak into the North Wing of Seat Baudelaire, assess their defences, and find an alternative exit that would allow the Agency of Operations to execute a raid. Beneath Seat Baudelaire the party uncovers the Baron's private firing range, where Marcus demonstrates the Chainweapon on a hapless Christopher.
"Christopher", unleashed the Chainweapon on Waywocket's Wacky Widgets while other members of the Scarlet Crows attempt to arson it. The storefront is fully destroyed and partially burnt out, with only the skeleton of the building surviving. The remainder of the Scarlet Crows are killed, arrested, or dissuaded from continuing their current paths.
Elda lands on a moving rail vehicle transporting belts of ammunication for Marcus's Chaingun and swaps out some of the bullets with trick exploding rounds that will damage the weapon and user. Of the six belts, one had three bullets swapped out and another had four.
The Eight Dwarves coming for Willen were kidnapped by the Guild of Thieves, leaving a ransom note at Willen's door with a braid of beard. The party went to an illegal dockside aberation fight where Clay offered to join the roster via Brick. During a fight with a Drake, Willen found a mimic breeder who provided a young chest cultivar. The party captured Gerard of the Guild of Thieves when he came to drop off the next ransom note. After an interrogation they used the mimic to trick the gang, disarming Val while an invisible Elda neutralized Song and freed the dwarves. Val unleashed the devil within but even that wasn't enough. The dwarves were saved slightly worse for wear, and the Guild of Thieves was neutralized.
